Pot belly stove burns cherry bright
Gut full of embers - coal an' wood.
Stirred up now after burnin' all night,
Now puts out the heat it should.
Splits of wood wait their turns
Stacked close - hickory, ash and oak.
Pot belly stove whistles, spits and burns
Happy that its stoked.
